As EP pointed out, Kickapoo Joy Juice was a liquid concoction from the frames of “L’il Abner”, but “Abner” was actually a comic strip, not a cartoon.

Probably showing my age here…. but this drink was part of a cartoon called Lil’ Abner. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lil%27_Abner
It was publised in the Sydney Sun Herald. Although I must say I wasn’t reading it when it first came out in 1934. When we were kids my sister and I thought that this was a hilarious name for a drink.

Apparently use of the name is Licensed…. hope you only bought a licensed product Kirk!
